How to remove the annoying "Java Update check" dialog

Are you one of those guys that start up their computer and get a window like this??

 Its pretty annoying when you have to do that anytime you start up your computer. Here is how to disable it:

Step 1 - Go to your control panel

Step 2 - Locate Java settings under program

Step 3 - Click on the update tab

Step 4  - Uncheck the automatic update button

Step 5 - Click OK

NOTE: While this saves you some stress of clicking a button, it is advisable to update your java periodically to increase your computers security. You should do that once a month by googling "java update" or going to Java's website.
